Our Joint Ventures are contractual agreements between two or more parties to share in the costs, profits and losses associated with the venture/project. We look for a potential minimum return on investment of 5% Pa, and this should be clearly outlined in a comprehensive business plan and agreements. 

As an applicant, you will also need to demonstrate that your project has a percentage of equity invested in as cash of not less than 10% of the total amount of the project. Contact us for any information.
